Ordered bike trough bike2 work programme and although for some reason it was more expensive than the list price, they did match and beat other quotes.
Placed order and right on the day that the payment cleared the bike was "out of stock"... I had to wait 3 weeks to be back in stock and then 10 days exactly for delivery (Ireland) . The bike arrived very well packaged and not a scratch on it! Easy enough to assemble if u have some sort of diy skills. Might be difficult for others.

The company... Has alot to improve! The answeres over email ,phone and whatsapp are very abrupt and can be considered rude at times. Had issues with the menu of the bike in the first day where the bike was asking me for a password and the bike was i possible to ride in electric or assistance mode because of this. Asked for help and i was told to check youtube. I had to go to the official lankaleisi website where I got an whatsapp support number. They gave me immediate help and support. Pogo came back to me the next day or so with a video.
If you guys could improve response times, customer service experience and support... you could be one of the best places to get an ebike... But until then... long way ahead! Hopefully this review along with the hundreds other will be taken into account and Pogo will improve.
