Shengmilo Warranty

All Shengmilo bikes are covered by our manufacturer's 1 year warranty for owners against all manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty for electrical components

Electrical components ：Motor, controller, battery, charger, electric throttle, pedal assist sensor are guaranteed for 6 months， Display instrument warranty for 12 months.

Basic parts：Frame warranty 12 months, flywheel warranty 3 months.

Consumable parts：Tires and brakes are wearing parts and are not covered by the warranty

2. Warranty Period and Target Audience Terms
The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders in the online marketplace. Therefore, the warranty belongs to the original purchaser and is 1 year from the time the original owner receives the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of the Shengmilo bike and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

3. AFTER-SALES PROCESS

Warranty Requirements
All claims to this warranty must be made through Shengmilo and submitted to our after-sales team. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of damaged products are required for any warranty claim. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us at info@shengmilo-bikes.com as an easy solution to your problem may be provided. A valid warranty claim will be processed by Shengmilo within 1 year of the first purchase.
Shengmilo will not replace any part without first seeing a photo or video of the damaged product. Clients need to provide us with evidence.

Shipping Damage Request
In rare cases, items received may be damaged in transit. In the event of shipping damage, please contact info@shengmilo-bikes.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
All accessories will not be involved in replacement or compensation if they are scratched or lost during transportation.
Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims within 7 days of receiving the product.
